Q: When will my order ship?
A: Each item is made-to-order just for you! Most items ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping in the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. International orders can take 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.

Q: Where’s my stuff coming from?
A: Your order is printed and shipped by our production partners — mostly based in the U.S. and occasionally in Europe or Canada, depending on where you are.

Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: Since everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. But if something’s wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do your stickers hold up?
A: Heck yes. They’re durable, waterproof, and weather-resistant — slap them on your laptop, water bottle, broomstick, whatever.

Q: Are your items mass-produced?
A: Nope. Everything is made to order — which means no wasted inventory, no overproduction, and every piece is created just for you.

Q: Are your items always available?
A: Nope! We rotate designs often. Many are only available for a short time before they vanish.

Q: Why Basic Raven?
A: Because we like weird, mystical, slightly haunted vibes — and because the raven told us to. (Don’t ask questions you don’t want answers to.)
